All in-stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of order. 2. What shipping carrier does the Portland Pirates utilize? UPS. UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. 3. When can I expect my order? Please refer to the UPS Shipping Chart to calculate the number of days in transit. It is up to the individual UPS driver to determine whether or not they feel confident leaving a package when there is no one available to sign for it. To be sure that your package is left when no one is home, we suggest placing a note to UPS with your signature authorizing UPS to leave your package with no signature required. When an item is on backorder, we will process all remaining items ordered and ship them out right away. Please look at the paperwork enclosed in your package to determine if an item is on backorder. Backorders will not assess any additional shipping and handling charges and will not be charged to your credit card until we ship it to you. We will make every effort to alert you of any extended backorders. Yes! The Portland Pirates and Infinity Pro Sports use the industry standard encryption protocol known as Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to keep your order information secure. Only the Portland Pirates; we will never sell or give your personal information to anyone. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for Internet orders. We will also accept Personal Checks for mail orders. Returned Check fee for Insufficient Funds is $25.00. You can use any Visa or MasterCard debit card. Please note that a pre-authorization does occur once you place your order. This pre-authorization verifies and holds your order value plus 15%. Once your order ships out, your debit card will be charged for the exact amount of the items shipped plus shipping and handling. Our customer service department will email you with an expected ship date and UPS tracking number as soon as your order is complete. If you have not heard from our customer service department, you may email us at shop@portlandpirates.com. Any other specific questions regarding your order should be directed to the Portland Pirates directly by calling (207) 828-4665 Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EST. Unfortunately, we can not entertain any order changes once you have placed your order. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please refer to our Return Policy. All discrepancies for shortages, damages, defects, price discrepancies, incorrect merchandise, etc. MUST be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before wearing or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise, correct quantity and in good condition as ordered. The Portland Pirates will not assume responsibility after garments have been worn or washed. Shipping charges are assessed by order value, see Shipping Policy for exact charges. Yes! By mail or fax, print off and fill out the Online Order Form and mail or fax it to the address or number located at the top of the order form. Please refer to our Return Policy. If replacement apparel is needed quickly please place a new order and you will be credited once the returned apparel has been received and processed. |
